Barratt David Wilson Homes – Nursery Fields (2024 – Present)

A large residential development in Bognor Regis, West Sussex, involving the full delivery of S38 adoptable roads, S104 drainage, private drainage, SuDS installation, and a foul pumping station.

Redrow Homes - Harvest Rise - 97 Plots (2023 - to present)

This ongoing development includes 97 residential plots where BCT is responsible for a wide range of adoptable and private infrastructure works. Key areas include S38 roads, private impermeable and permeable blockpaved surfaces, S104 drainage systems, manholes, and a foul pumping station.

Highwood Homes - North Stoneham Park - Phases 5, 6 & 7 - 258 Plots (2018 - 2023)

Over multiple phases, BCT supported a large mixed-use development with a full suite of infrastructure works. This included adopted road construction, private drives, drainage systems, manholes, and extensive patio slab installation across residential plots.

(2019 - 2022)

BCT Groundworks delivered the full groundworks and structural package on this 108-plot residential site. Services included road surfacing, permeable driveways, drainage installation, concrete foundation works, patio slabs, and sub-structure blockwork.
