About Us

BCT was formed in 2014 by Husband and Wife, Brian and Nicola Turner, with a view to establish themselves in the Groundworks and civil engineering sector.

The company has grown year on year to a multimillion-pound turnover and is currently based near Fareham. From there, we cover the southern home counties.

Over that period, we purchased a large fleet of plant, equipment, and road sweepers to service our sites, along with a fleet of vehicles. We have in-house Safety and Quality managers who keep our standards to the highest level, along with contracts directors who take care of our clients’ needs day to day.

In 2025 BCT will expand into the west country and set up a new office and team to replicate what we do in Hampshire and the surrounding areas.

BCT has become a leading Groundwork specialist across the south, supplying services such as, 278 Works, Remediation, Site strip, Earthworks, Roads and Sewers, Foundations, Substructures, Floors, External works, General drainage, Ponds and SUDS systems, Carparks, General Infrastructure. We can also act as Principal Contractor when required to assist with client needs and budgets.
